OAKS AI is recognized and accredited by multiple independent companies.

1. Account

You must create an account with accurate information to access the program. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Payment & No Refunds

The program is a single one-time payment of $120 USD. Because course access is granted immediately on payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as OAKS AI continues to operate the program. We commit to providing reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not share your account, redistribute the curriculum, or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls. Certificates are personal and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials are owned by OAKS AI and licensed to you for personal use only.

6. Disclaimer

The program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Completing the program does not guarantee employment, business outcomes, or any specific result.

The OAKS AI Certification is issued by OAKS AI to signify completion of the OAKS AI curriculum. While OAKS AI itself is recognized and accredited by multiple independent companies, this certificate is not a governmental, academic, or third-party-accredited credential and does not constitute a professional license.
